In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kgd789 website accessible at https://kgd789.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated software applications.
• "kgd789", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operating entity behind the kgd789 platform and all its affiliated services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, net of any pending wagers.

• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of kgd789 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended kgd789 Account or have been permanently excluded from the Platform for any reason.

kgd789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of these details change.

4.1 — Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time kgd789 deems appropriate, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account bearing your registered name)
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID, if requested for additional verification

kgd789 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful verification. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a serious violation that will result in permanent Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

kgd789 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a request for your password from someone claiming to represent kgd789, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to our support team.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and changes to Account settings — is your sole responsibility. kgd789 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kgd789 support immediately so that the Account may be secured. You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account at all times.

kgd789 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian users: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may be updated from time to time at kgd789's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

6.1 — Deposit Minimums

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific game, promotion, or payment method specifies a higher minimum. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

6.2 — Processing Times

Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and supported e-wallets are typically credited to your Balance instantly or within a few minutes during normal operating hours. Delays exceeding 30 minutes should be reported to our support team with proof of transfer for prompt resolution.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the kgd789 Account from which the withdrawal is requested. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at kgd789's discretion.

7.1 — Processing Times

kgd789 aims to process verified withdrawal requests to Indonesian local banks and e-wallets within 5–15 minutes for standard verified Accounts. Processing times may be longer for new Accounts, large withdrawal amounts, or during periods of high system demand. kgd789 reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawal requests that require additional review.

7.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account must have their associated Wagering Requirements completed before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• kgd789 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds without any real-money play may be declined at kgd789's sole discretion.
• kgd789 may impose withdrawal limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal page.

kgd789 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming.

8.1 — General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used for wagering on the Platform.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• kgd789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's Account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple Accounts, will be voided and the associated Balance forfeited.

8.2 — Cashback & Rebate Promotions

Cashback and rebate amounts are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and are credited as Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified. The standard cashback Wagering Requirement is 1x (turnover once) unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.

Each game category available on kgd789 — including sports betting, live casino, togel, slot games, and bandar bola (Indonesian sports bookmaking) markets — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules published on the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

9.1 — Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton) after the conclusion of the event. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, kgd789's decision is final. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid; a void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs.

9.2 — Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers and are subject to the rules of each individual game title as displayed within the game interface.

9.3 — Togel Markets

9.4 — Technical Failures

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud kgd789 or other Users
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal purpose
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your geographic location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kgd789 staff or other Users through any communication channel
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kgd789

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of kgd789 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: download or modify any portion of the Platform other than as expressly permitted; use the Platform for any commercial purpose; reverse-engineer any component of the Platform software; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

The kgd789 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of kgd789. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of kgd789.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kgd789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account, where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether or not such interruption was within kgd789's reasonable control
• Losses arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content, odds, or game results that have been corrected before settlement
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers

Where kgd789's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rp 1.000.000.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

kgd789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• kgd789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or verification information
• A User is found to be under the age of 21
• kgd789 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order
• The User's continued access to the Platform creates an unacceptable risk of harm to kgd789, other Users, or third parties

Upon permanent Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method, subject to kgd789's right to withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected breach.

14.1 — Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of your closure request, kgd789 will process any verified Balance for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe. Voluntary closure does not waive any liability you may have incurred prior to the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kgd789 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

You acknowledge that online gaming regulation varies significantly by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. kgd789 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those where kgd789 holds the relevant operational authority.

Any dispute arising between you and kgd789 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kgd789.

kgd789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect User rights or obligations, kgd789 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure.
